Hi, I'm James Evans, and for over twenty years, I've been immersed in the world of ministry, learning a vital truth: when church leaders are free to focus on their calling, the whole community flourishes. Starting as a volunteer, working bi-vocationally, and finally as a full-time Worship / Executive Pastor and Elder, my path has led me through almost every conceivable role. I've served in church plants that are just getting started and older established churches. This broad and unique experience has given me a great understanding of so many of the challenges that churches face today.
